Drake & Hutch is a new men’s underwear brand launched earlier this year by Peter George McGuinness, who ‘cut his teeth’ at men’s formalwear brand, Charles Tyrwhitt.
With his experience Peter incorporates the patterns and prints that are common in ties and men’s handkerchiefs in a range that was 3 years in development. “I want to ensure that the Drake & Hutch brand was one of the best on the market. So far the feedback from customers and stockists has been fantastic!”
Not long ago a struggling student himself, Peter is keen to work with the best new talent and has involved students at Manchester University to create a limited edition set of prints, giving them a platform to help launch their careers.
Attention of detail and superb tailoring includes double stitched waistbands, soft breathable construction with high cotton content, no internal garment labels (sewn in garment details) and of course the subtle signature logo ‘bowler hat’. Quintessentially English brand.
