Pretty Wild, an exciting new lingerie label handmade in Europe by its creator Firouze Akhbari, is proud to present their first collection. Using a mix of materials, such as real leather and lace, three-dimensional embroidered flowers delicately sculpted onto bras, silk fabrics mixed with French and Italian lace, the brand lives up to its ethos “Sexy, Sophisticated & Luxurious”.
The concept is simple: it’s all about emotion and feelings wrapped up in a beautiful box – every piece must be a present to give or to receive. The 2013 collection contains 40 pieces, made up of nine different styles, including bras, knickers, suspenders corsets and playsuits.
Firouze Akhbari was born in Teheran and grew up in North Holland with a Dutch mother and Persian father. From a very young age she travelled around the world, discovering her love for fabrics as she learned about all the different techniques of weaving fine fabrics and embroidery. Pretty Wild was created when Akhbari started making pieces for herself and people began asking where she bought them, and in September 2011 she decided to being working in her own lingerie collection.
