Leading lingerie brands Royce and Bravissimo are joining forces to co-host their first Women’s Wellness Evening. Guests at the Manchester event this October can expect an inspiring evening covering menopause health, nutrition and body confidence, with special guests encouraging open and honest conversation.
Appearing at the Women’s Wellness Evening, taking place on 22 October at Bravissimo Manchester, is nutritionist and personal trainer Manisha Morgan; and the founders of AWWA (Accepting Who We Are) Rachel Peru and Tina Boden. Model and body confidence activist Rachel, and confidence coach Tina Boden, will lead an informal conversation around body image, how comfortable we feel in our own bodies, and the power of self-acceptance. Manisha will share her expert advice on optimising your health through nutrition, whether you are in the pre- or post-menopause stage of life.
The evening will also introduce guests to the Royce Comfort Edit and provide an opportunity to talk to the team about different styles for differing needs; and the Bravissimo team will be holding professional bra fittings for attendees on the night. Drinks, refreshments and goodie bags, plus plenty of time to connect with other like-minded women, completes the evening.
