SUPREME BODY & BEACH – BEST SHOW YET!

by Underlines

July 2026 – Three days of high visitor traffic, strong business mo-mentum and an industry determined to move forward despite challenging market conditions: the latest edition of SUPREME BODY&BEACH, held from 26–28 July 2026 at the MTC world of fashion in Munich, delivered its strongest performance to date.

Established market leaders, international premium brands and emerging designers came together with buyers, agencies and industry partners from across the DACH region. While new collections naturally took centre stage, the event focused on a much broader question: How will bodywear, lingerie and swimwear be successfully sold in the future? The answer was evident throughout the exhibition halls—in meaningful orders, high-quality conversations and valuable new business relationships extending well beyond the three-day event.

FROM FIRST TRADE SHOW TO FIRST ORDERS

The importance of the Show as a launch platform for emerging brands was exemplified by Garados Swimwear, a Düsseldorf-based start-up. For founders Martin Appelt and Markus Nauen, exhibiting at the show marked the brand’s direct entry into bricks-and-mortar retail.

A STRONG SIGNAL FROM THE MARKET

The feedback from established brands was equally positive. Sebastian Schmitz, Sales Manager Germany & Austria, Chantelle, described this year’s event as the strongest Munich edition he has experienced.
Sebastian Schmitz, Sales Manager Germany & Austria, Chantelle:

This was the most successful Munich show since our return. The quality of the conversations, the visitor frequency and the overall energy throughout the exhibition created an exceptional business atmosphere.”

TWO RUNWAY SHOWCASES. FULL HOUSE

One of the event’s standout highlights was the Runway Showcase, which attracted a packed audience and brought the latest collections, silhouettes and key pieces to life on the catwalk.
The Triumph Runway Showcase later that afternoon also drew an impressive crowd, adding another strong highlight to the programme. Together, both presentations demonstrated how compelling brand storytelling and focused order business perfectly complement each other at SUPREME BODY&BEACH.

The live industry talk “Buying The Future Live” also resonated strongly with visitors. Yurdanur Steck, Founder & Managing Director of Bodywear Con-sulting GmbH, explored changing consumer behaviour and its implications for product assortments, retail spaces and sales strategies. The exceptional attendance underlined one clear message: today’s industry is looking less for broad forecasts and more for practical insights that can be applied directly to business.

FRENCH LINGERIE, GLOBAL PERSPECTIVES

Another programme highlight was the French Lingerie Roundtable, organ-ised jointly by SUPREME BODY&BEACH and Promincor – Lingerie Française. Representatives of leading French lingerie brands discussed craftsmanship, fit, innovation and the evolving international lingerie market, offering valuable perspectives on one of the industry’s most influential segments.

A FULL HOUSE AT HUGO’S SUPREME BODY&BEACH also expanded beyond the exhibition halls with a highly successful evening event at HUGO’S Munich, creating one of the season’s networking highlights. CHANGE of Scandinavia joined the evening with a distinctive brand activation that deliberately moved away from traditional product presentations. Instead, women showcased their own favourite looks, creatiing authentic connections between the audience and the brand.
