22nd April 2024 –  This Earth Day Nudea is unveiling its second annual Sustainability Report. As a B Corp brand with a belief that transparency is trust, it’s important for Nudea to be honest and accountable about its progress and goals when it comes to sustainability. This year’s report outlines the progress made over the past 12 months towards circularity and being climate positive.  

Nudea’s CEO and Founder, Priya Downes comments: “I am pleased that 2023 marked a year of legislative changes to tackle fast fashion, but much more needs to be done to reduce the harm the fashion industry is doing to the planet and people. Sustainable business practices are no longer a ‘nice to have’, but an absolute ‘must have’ and the first step to better business is transparency. We aren’t perfect but reporting on environmental KPIs keeps us on track for a more balanced future”.

Lingerie and Sleepwear are categories where end-of-life options are limited. We continue to lead industry change by sourcing better, helping our customers care more and recycling. 2024 marks a big year for the brand as we prepare for B Corp recertification which not only gives us a chance to celebrate our impact over the past three years, but also benchmark ourselves, learn best practices and improve.”
