French Lingerie Group, Lacelier France, went into compulsory liquidation at the end of last month. The Group included the Lou, Bestform, Variance, Belcor, Gemma and Cherry Beach brands of lingerie and swimwear.

The judgment of the Paris Commercial Court pronounced judicial liquidation under P202400442 and designated the liquidator as SELARL AXYME.
The Lacelier company resulted from the takeover of the independent investment company Perceva in October 2019 and VFB Lingerie Brands emerged under the name of Lacelier (a blend of lace and atelier).
