The Spring/Summer 2016 edition of The Lingerie Edit is set to be the best one yet with established brands Chantal Thomass, Mimi Holliday, Michael Kors and Maison Lejaby setting the tone. Exciting new names have also joined the line-up and latest additions include Three Graces London, Nui Ami, Maven and Rebecca Torres, introduced below.
London based nightwear brand Nui Ami will showcase its first collection at The Lingerie Edit. Inspired by London, Paris and Venice, the brand has a tailored approach to nightwear and offers chemises, camisoles and sleep bralettes in nine cup sizes. Also new to The Lingerie Edit is Martha Rose, a lingerie and nightwear brand that will showcase its second collection. Made in Britain, Martha Rose offers pared back underwear with vintage detailing in a modern approach.
Sonata Rapalyte is known for fusing technically unique designs with luxurious silk chiffons, satins and laces to create garments that contour and deify the female form. For SS16 soft colours of coral, lilac and mint green were used in lavish pieces destined to adorn the bodies of those who want to be subtly reminded that they are deserving of only the very best.
Introducing its SS16 collection, New York premium loungewear brand Maison de Papillon will attend the show for the first time. Designed to seamlessly transition from travel and loungewear to ready-to-wear, the new collection consists of kaftans, flirty dresses, cover-ups, stylish jumpsuits as well as multifunctional pants and shorts.
Characterised by cool elegance and smart sophistication, MICHAEL Michael Kors is a leader in designer swimwear. Bold Ikat prints, Mediterranean porcelain patterns and bright hues accompany sleek silhouettes this SS16 for an ultimately luxurious look, with a complete line of cover-ups to match. Established ready-to-wear designer, Rebecca Torres will be launching her début swimwear collection at The Lingerie Edit this July. Specialising in the use of luxurious sports-led fabrics, Rebecca is renowned for her ability to accentuate the female form through garments with enhanced fit, stretch and comfort.
The fourth edition of The Lingerie Edit will take place on the 9-10th July 2105 at the Savoy Hotel in London (appointments must be made in advance by emailing david@apm-agency.com). The complete list of brands showing at The Lingerie Edit SS16 is as follows.
