Delivering quality, well-fitting lingerie and backed by over 30 years’ experience, Panache Lingerie is the unrivalled authority in fit, committed to communicating the importance of a correctly fitting, supportive and beautiful bra, along with regular bra fittings. Panache launched its Virtual Bra Fitting Guide GRACE in early 2020, giving customers the bra fit advice they need, teaching about the different ways bras can look and feel when worn in the wrong size, and how to fix that.
In the last two weeks, Panache have reported visits to GRACE have increased by 249%, demonstrating that although women may not be able to access their local retailer for a bra fitting, they are still taking their bra fittings seriously. This, along with the fact that Panache’s non-wired Lyzy Bra (pictured) has seen an increase in sales of over 200% in the last two weeks, demonstrates what women are looking for during this time – to feel comfortable and supported.
“Current circumstances mean that most of us are sporting loungewear and anything that keeps us feeling comfortable. This has resulted in some women ditching their bras, but it’s still important to ensure we’re giving ourselves the support we need. Going a long time without any support at all runs the risk of potentially stretching the Cooper’s Ligaments in the breasts,” said Panache’s Head of Technical, Jo Bingley.
“Even a non-wired bra will give you the support you need, and there are lots of soft and comfortable options out there like our ‘Lyzy’ and ‘Andorra’ styles,” she adds. “The structure of our non wired bras are developed to give support to the breast without the aid of wires. Seamlines are positioned to ensure the breast is kept in it a supported position and the internal fabrics offer uplift whilst also being soft to the touch.”
