Hanro collaborates with Dupont art studio to create Christmas window

Premium quality, timeless design and extraordinary materials are at the heart of every HANRO collection. The unique masterpieces created by the Dupont art studio in Berlin also represent craftsmanship at its best, so for this year’s Christmas display, HANRO is working with the Dupont art studio for the first time to present its extraordinary and precious art in juxtaposition with luxurious lingerie.

The artist Klaus Dupont’s fine artisanal skills paired with a love for the Renaissance and the exquisite goldwork at the Green Vault in Dresden combine to reflect his unmistakable style. The objects he uses consist of antique brass, bronze, and other metal elements, as well as fragments of bamboo coral, feathers, antelope horns, antlers, mountain crystals, quartz rocks, agates, and amethysts. “I take old finds that seem absurd at first glance and carefully piece them together by hand to form a new artistic whole,” says Klaus Dupont.

For this year’s Christmas display, Klaus has created “Bohemian Christmas”, and the unique display will be on show at the HANRO stores in New York, Beverly Hills, Gstaad, Munich, Moscow, and Dubai starting in the middle of November. “The HANRO brand is closely intertwined with a love of art. Artists and intellectuals from many fields, such as film, theatre, and television are among our most faithful customers. They are looking for the best and something special, and that’s HANRO,” says Stephan Hohmann, HANRO CEO.
