This season, the L’Agent girl goes renegade, slipping underground to the grimiest of dive bars to let her youthful energy run riot. Peeling posters, the smell of old whiskey, sneaking backstage to cavort with the band; the L’Agent girl runs against the crowd and prizes friendship, diversity and self-expression above all else.
The L‘Agent Autumn/Winter 2016 lingerie collection is designed for the modern girl who goes from 9-5 to 5-9 and then 9-1 with ease, comfort and unerring sex appeal. From the not-basic basics to the megawatt party pieces, the Hot 16 means 16 hours of under-wearing pleasure, from dawn to dusk and everything in between. Blushing sets with retro 80’s appeal, luxurious long-line lace bras, pieces made from high floss lurex that creates a 3D shimmer…the collection’s staples are far from basic.
From September 2016 the brand brings pieces inspired by the Eighties, a golden age for lingerie. Key styles are the Reia body with its high cut leg, corset shaping and sweetheart neckline, the matching faux-bandeau bra which allows even DD sizes to carry off a bandeau shape with ease and variations of the soft cup in several colourways ranging from teal to raisin, navy and nude.
The holiday season is defined by a fastidious attention to the finishing touches, especially evident in the elaborate Oria set with its ultra sexy confection of double strapping, cheeky cutaways and shimmering lurex embroidery. The Kellie is just as extravagant thanks to the guipure-edge embroidered tulle, double rouleaux straps and little lace flower on the rear, and the Grace returns in all its glory in siren red with a dramatic cutaway back and sheer ruched derrière.
For Autumn/Winter 2016 L’Agent has also created a range of retail exclusives available only in-store, offering some of the brand’s favourites reimagined in an arsenal of signature eye-popping colours as well as loungewear separates in silky satins and lace, camisoles and kimonos.
