Underlines popped over to the Best of Britannia event at the end of last week – truly a new experience in trade shows!
The event catered exclusively for British brands and makers that design and manufacture in the UK. The BoB event provided a unique retail and wholesale opportunity for discerning buyers. An exciting array of brands from fashion to furniture, bicycles and cars to foodie trends and handbags, this was a trade show with a difference.
Ayten Gasson, maker of luxurious lingerie from UK resources, praised the organisation: “It is a whole new way of bringing people together and the atmosphere is incredible. You can work during the day and then the fun starts with music, food and entertainment all evening: superb!” The event was held in the charismatic Farmiloe Building in Clerkenwell.
Plans for future events are underway and a membership scheme for BoB participants to promote the values of the organisation will be announced soon.
