CHARMLINE introduces a new swim fabric in its collection Spring/Summer 2024, developed exclusively for and with the brand. The swimwear fabric innovation TECHNOIR is made of 60 percent Black LYCRA® Xtra Life™.
TECHNOIR is absolutely opaque even at maximum stretch, so that percentage of elasthane threads in black surfaces are invisible; the high-quality, lightweight fabric is quick drying. This innovation is used in the Medium Shaping Level and, despite its high percentage of elasthane, is characterised by a special lightness and comfortable feel.
It is always our claim to develop high-quality and special fabrics especially for swimwear use. With TECHNOIR, we have succeeded in creating a fabric innovation made of 60 percent black Lycra, exclusively developed for the swimwear of the brand CHARMLINE. The use of Black LYCRA® Xtra Life™ has played a significant role in the premium quality of this new fabric, which, despite its very high percentage of black LYCRA® is now absolutely matte and opaque, even under the highest stretch. With TECHNOIR, we have combined absolute matt opacity with an exceptionally comfortable shaping effect.”
