Sarah Jayne Dunn led the celebration for launch of Manchester based lingerie brand Raine & Bea within theatrical ‘panty’ party at Hotel Gotham, Manchester, UK. Other guests included Leanne Brown and Daughter Halle Brown, Channique Sterling-Brown (ITV Coronation Street) Zeri Cheetham-Karcz (BBC Waterloo Road), Rebecca Bowyer (celebrity fashion stylist), and fashion content creators from Sintillate Talent. Guests enjoyed cocktails inspired by the new lingerie collections including Pornstar Martini: “Pop My Cork”, Espresso Martini: “The Garter Shot” Mojito classic: “ENCORE!” -Light, lingering, and made for a repeat performance.
The event included live performances, a burlesque showcase by Baby Daisy and vocalist Chris Barnes.

Created by industry renowned Manchester designer Jenna Barnes who has once again combined her passion for luxe fabrics, boudoir looks along with the “underwear as outerwear” ethos that Raine & Bea has developed. Jenna explains further:
Our lingerie and loungewear is more than just a garment, it invites women to unleash their alter ego and embrace their confidence.
Consisting of nine ranges “Encore” encapsulates the theatrical flair and decadent cabaret style in the tradition of Raine & Bea. The prices range from £17 – £70, typically Bras costing £30 and Bottoms £18 Sizes range from small to extra large Bra sizes – 32 to 36 B to F cup. Highlights include:
The Encore range: A soft jersey lounge range with branded waist bands in a metallic gold thread.
The Wardrobe Mistress range: Classic in style this range is a must have for any lingerie enthusiast. Made with soft microfibre and power mesh fabrics for extra comfort.
The Showstopper range: A range of underwear that has the “underwear as outerwear” aesthetic. This range consists of slips with custom printed leopard mesh, a jumpsuit made from intricate stretch lace and a babydoll set in purple with rainbow heart embroidered tulle.

About Jenna Barnes / Raine & Bea Born in Salford, Jenna has a long and varied history in fashion design, working for West End theatre productions, working on costume at Pinewood Studios and touring arena productions along with her background as a sample machinist in designer women’s wear making for celebrities from Rhianna, Beyonce, Victoria Beckham , Fleur East and many more! The inspiration behind Raine & Bea came from Jenna’s costume work for the musical Cabaret and her honeymoon onboard the Orient Express.
