Mey launches a dramatic new Lovestory for AW2023

In Mey’s collection entitled ‘Express Yourself’ the brand makes a strong fashion statement with its sophisticated Lovestory and Poetry segments twinned with luxurious lingerie for aw2023. The primary colours include dark fir green, deep aubergine, dark midnight blue offset with autumnal red, bright royal blue and golden brass. Large-scale, all-over prints take centre stage in the 4 monthly drops of the Lovestory loungewear collection. Ethnic influences can be found as details and paisleys, mottled-effect patterns and graphic all-over prints are bold and creative.

First Delivery (June 2023) – orange with crushed gold across the kimono style with matching lingerie. Delicate, oriental embroidery oozes seductiveness especially on bra styles such as the uw balcony and triangle bras. Poetry Dream (a bestselling bralette) is perfect for those who prefer comfort but with a sophisticated twist.

Second Delivery (July 2023) – chic shades of green from opal to patina and green leave with Carnelian orange highlights. Poetry Vogue and Amazing are irresistible as mix and match to complement the pyjama set – both ranges have floral eyelash lace. In the Luxurious lingeri series, the two-tone blend of opal green and green patina are striking and there is a dedicated selection of spacer bras and bi-stretch bras.

Third Delivery (August 2023) – combintation of electric blue and indigo rose is stunning in Poetry bralettes. Look out for the Fabulous lingerie range embellishing the Poetry Style collection – lace in electric blue is combined with indigo rose on the bralette and camisole. A real fashion statement in the wrap cardigan and wide-leg palazzo trousers is seen in the Joleen Lovestory series – arty, large-scale prints. Or cosy up with the Naemi Lovestory in sophisticated velvet look (but made from chenille). Choose from trousers, cardigan and a T-shirt to complement the lingerie range.

Fourth Delivery (September 2023) – dominated by the mysterious colour, deep shadow with crushed gold taking this delivery to a new level. Golden Lurex details on lace make Poetry and Amorous Deluxe an irresistible choice with Amorous offering no less than 5 bra styles and Poetry Posh two bralette styles (with and without padding). There is a  glitter bodysuit and a stunning calf-length dressing gown (from Naemi range) – perfect for Christmas 2023 windows. Deep shadow is also used as the backdrop of an oversized, hand-painted paisley pattern.
