On Thursday 8th and Friday 9th January 2015, international buyers gathered at the Savoy Hotel to meet with lingerie brands showing their AW15 lingerie, loungewear and premium resort wear collections at The Lingerie Edit. The exclusive boutique showroom event showcased around 30 commercial and luxury independent brands including Affinitas & Parfait, Marlies Dekkers, Gilda & Pearl, Asceno by Beautiful Bottoms, Kallisti by Marios Schwab and Nubian Skin, plus new brand launches from around the world.
Visiting press and buyers were asked to vote for their favourite brand from the show and Bluebella won Buyer’s Best Brand for the second season running. The award for Press’ Best Brand went to trade show first-timer Karolina Laskowska, who graduated with honours from De Montfort University last year and is already making big waves in the industry. Both brands will get a free space at the next event and 6 months banner advertising on the Lingerie Stylist Blog.

The ‘Project Fancy Pants‘ portrait exhibition by James Lightbown added a creative element to the show, allowing visitors to relax in the buyers lounge and contributing to the overall impression of a “relaxing, intimate and friendly place to come and visit”. The CoppaFeel! team was also in place to educate brands and retailers on how they can get involved in raising awareness for breast health.
