Recently launched, JIYA jewellery is a striking new brand of luxury handwoven, gold and silver bracelets, designed to wear ‘From the Beach to the Boardroom’.
The brand has been developed by London based mother-daughter team, Jean and Nicky Varakuta, who felt there was a real gap in the UK market for luxe friendship bracelets with a Californian vibe. Very quickly JIYA has picked-up an enviable list of stockists, debuting in Selfridges (swimwear and resort), Heidi Klein boutiques, Austique, ANNA boutiques, The Cross, Question-Air and many more exclusive regionals such as Bottega and Neilson.
JIYA bracelets have been sourced throughout the world. Each piece is handmade so no two are identical and each one fulfills the brands ethos of delicacy, wearability, colour and craft. There are four distinct sub-categories within the collection: silver beaded versions in eye catching neon colours, which are completely beach and waterproof; a crossover collection in bright primary colours mixed with this year’s on trend autumn shades; and finally, JIYA’s gold collection, a range of stunning jewel coloured designs to be worn stacked or layered with a chunky watch.
