Italian knitter, Oscalito, is returning to Wonderland with its Made in Italy range of knitwear, lingerie, loungewear, summerwear and men’s wear with Julie Robb acting as their managing agent for the UK market.
This family-owned company has been based in Turin since 1936 and was opened by the current CEO’s grandfather – Dario Casalini runs the company today and is passionate about the Italian production chain and is a founder of the Slow Fiber Network. Even today, the entire production chain is concentrated in Turin – from knitted to finished product throughout finishing, pattern making, cutting, sewing and quality control.
This iconic brand is synomymous with practical luxury and produces not only its own well-established brand but also under private label for YSK and the Row amongst others.
Oscalito (OSvaldo, CAsalini, Lino and TOrino) prides itself upon a selection of suppliers to a slow production method that enchances the characteristics of yarns and fabrics and its environmental and social conscience as a company.
