In the spirit of much-needed industry collaboration to drive positive change along the fashion and textile supply chain at scale, Future Fabrics Expo 2026 will take place on 24-25th June at the Brussels Expo venue in Belgium. It will run alongside the Textiles Recycling Expo, Europe’s dedicated exhibition and conference focused entirely on textile recycling.
This step means a greater opportunity to reach an ever-larger audience, accelerating the transition to a decarbonised, nature-positive and circular economy with positive impact on people and planet. It will amplify the Future Fabrics Expo and its mission to enable the textile and fashion industries to move away from fossil-fuel based, conventionally farmed materials and towards a more innovative, diversified fibre portfolio fit to operate within planetary boundaries.
Founder and CEO of the FFE and The Sustainable Angle, Nina Marenzi said:
Holding Future Fabrics Expo 2026 alongside Textiles Recycling Expo in Brussels presents a great collaborative opportunity which will benefit the entire industry by facilitating brand and industry attendance and engagement driving deeper impact. Presenting alongside each other has synergistic effects with strong complementary advantages for our exhibitors and visiting brands and will boost the Future Fabrics Expo sourcing platform. With significant EU policy changes reshaping our industry, Brussels provides a suitable location for Future Fabrics Expo 2026 to enable the industry to meet climate-related targets in this new regulatory environment.”
Future Fabrics Expo is the largest showcase dedicated exclusively to sourcing sustainably and responsibly-produced, best-practice and certified materials for the fashion, footwear, home, interiors & lifestyle. Since 2011, Future Fabrics Expo has
traditionally taken place in London, with smaller FFE editions and curations held in New York and Paris. A collaborative approach has proven to be a winning formula, particularly in 2025 with the successful global partnership with Performance Days fairs, which hosted Future Fabrics Expo’s Innovation Hub in New York, Shanghai, Portland (OR), and Munich. As one of the biggest milestones to date, Future Fabrics Expo 2026 in Brussels — coinciding with the Textiles Recycling Expo —marks the next step in extending global reach and catalysing the adoption of sustainable material practices, continuing their role as an essential resource of sustainable sourcing solutions for brands, organizations, and suppliers.
