Philippa Bradley Agencies (PBA) have been appointed as agents for the UK for the Passionata brand with immediate effect.
The Passionata brand was sold to Delta Galil Industries (the global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label intimate, activewear, loungewear and denim apparel for men, women and children) at the end of November 2023 with the final transfer completed at the end of January 2024. Until end of July the Chantelle Group retained the sole licensee rights but these are now fully transferred to Delta Galil. This large manufacturer already owns Schiesser, Eminence, PJ Salvage and Athena and sells its products under brand names licensed to the company (adidas, Wolford, Wilson, Columbia and Tommy Hilfiger).
The brand has been renowned for offering some of the best fits in the market coupled with a unique touch of sexiness and sophistication. Passionata enjoys high global awareness thanks to its vast range of shapes that have been specifically adapted to the expectations of consumers in different regions all over the world. The Passionata brand will be led by Antonio Indole, President of Delta Textile France, the Eminence Group’s holding. The brand is being managed by an international team based in France and will benefit from Delta Gall’s state-of-the-art back-office support.
Commenting on the new commercial arrangement Lucy Dowler and Nicky Brunt commented: “Here at Philippa Bradley Agencies we are thrilled to be working with Passionata. A brand that we know, love and wear ourselves, it is a great addition to the agency.”
PBA will be showing the SS2205 Passionata Collection at The Wonderland Show this weekend and INDX Intimate Apparel later this month.
