Desall, the global platform that connects companies with a community of creative professionals to develop new products and services through design contests, open innovation challenges, and other collaborative activities has just launched a competition with Chicco, Italian brand of childrenwear and toys, to develop the concept for a highly multifunctional and adjustable nursing bra.
Women have historically been underrepresented in product design, particularly in industries such as maternity and nursing. With this competition, we hope to counter this trend and engage the contributions of female designers and creatives of all ages, nationalities, races, and intersections to create a product that is designed by women for women.
The winning designer will receive a 3000 Euro prize and will have the chance to see their concept developed into a real Chicco product. The deadline for submission has just been extended to April 20, 2023, so there’s still plenty of time to participate. You can see the official contest page here.
