Customers have the option of either an instant session or booking an appointment, and with both the customer can enjoy the experience from home. The advisor can also act as a personal shopper, arranging for the recommended products to be sent to the customer, and a follow up session is also available should the customer want to discuss the ordered product with the advisor.
Around 80 per cent of women are estimated to be wearing the wrong size bra, and Live Fit is Figleaves’ latest initiative in helping them find the perfect fit. It dovetails with the company’s commitment to providing ‘a shape for every shape’ – the advisors are experienced in answering a full range of queries including advising on current fit and how it can be improved, to maternity and nursing, and pre and post breast cancer surgery. They also have extensive product knowledge so they can advise on the best fitting styles and brands for individual customers.
