Italian beachwear brand SoloBlu will be showing a lifestyle line of swimsuits, beachwear and accessories at July’s London Swimwear Show. Created in Milano in 2013 and all made in Italy, passion for the sea and for Italy inspired a team of four women to offer an alternative to the beachwear collections already on the market, designed by women for women. The founders wanted to create a unique style that conveys the Italian lifestyle and tradition, with a perfect mix between modern interpretation and timeless fashion.
For Summer 2017, SoloBlu features a touch of Mediterranean folk, monochromatic prints in cobalt blu, black and white, as well as details such as fringes and pompoms. Futurism has inspired SoloBlu with graphic patterns and energetic colours mixed with a modern and appealing effect, and the asymmetrical silhouette of fluid jersey cover-ups is combined with soft and light georgette chemisier, kaftans and ponchos. Swimwear is very feminine with a sculpted silhouette and the body is dressed up like a second skin with a perfect fit given by Sensitive fabrics and flawless cuts.
