New made in UK brand Love Laura has been launched at Moda with the goal of delivering beautifully crafted swimwear that makes women feel confident and unique. Laura explains that she feels like she has been designing before she could walk, and after failing to find an exotic, glamorous bikini for a girls’ holiday she started to design swimsuits. Laura’s friends and onlookers were impressed with her creativity and adamant her unique ensembles had to be manufactured, which led to the creation of Love Laura’s Summer 2016 collection.
Making use of luxurious Italian fabrics and hand drawn prints, the intricate designs were crafted in the UK using the finest materials and ooze with confidence. Laura herself has modelled for the brand’s first shoot and is also collaborating with good friend Alex Cannon on a sub brand called AL, initially offering fitted swim shorts for gents.
