The lingerie and swimwear designer and manufacturer Eveden, responsible for brands such as Freya and Fantasie, is celebrating two prestigious awards received at the Midlands BVCA (British Venture Capital Association) Awards.
The event was part of a year-long process run by the BVCA and presented Eveden with Exit Management Team of the Year, given for LDC’s sale of Eveden to Japan lingerie market leader Wacoal. In addition to this awards, the BVCA Awards then presented the Chief Executive of the Year award to Eveden’s Chief Executive Tracy Lewis, who was also recently awarded in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards for Best Consumer Product Business in the Midlands, as well as UK Private Equity-backed Entrepreneur of the Year.
Based in Northamptonshire, Eveden is the United Kingdom’s largest lingerie and swimwear design and manufacturer, responsible for the brands Freya, Fantasie, Fauve, Elomi, Goddess and Huit.
“I am delighted that Eveden has been presented with the BVCA Midlands award for Exit Management Team of the Year and absolutely thrilled to have been presented with Chief Executive of the Year. Winning these awards is testament to our consistent effort and achievement in developing the reach of our brands internationally. On behalf of everyone at Eveden, I’d like to thank the BVCA.” said Tracy Lewis.
