This season, Agent Provocateur returns to the flagrant hedonism and brilliant abandon of its formative years – a place of glorious excess where secrets go untold and boundaries are forgotten. You had to be seen at Le Salon, Maxim’s, The Palace, The 7 and then Chez Regine, sang Amanda Lear in 1979. The campaign starred by Missy Rayder captures a spirit of languid vice and carefree luxury, as the American brunette slinks around the Salon in opulent silks, toying with a glass of champagne as she considers her next move.
Creative Director Sarah Shotton says: “Our Autumn Winter campaign images mirror the luxurious excess of the glorious 1970’s that I had envisaged when designing the collection. I wanted to make sure that everything from the decadent back drop of the set to the breathtaking beauty of Missy Rayder emulated the mystery behind our glamorous concept.”
For the images, Christian Larsson, known for directing music videos for the likes of Kylie Minogue, brings his signature Scandi-slick sex appeal to the Agent Provocateur campaign.
