Myla London – closing down

by Underlines

Unconfirmed reports suggest that the British luxury lingerie brand, Myla London, established in 1999 by Charlotte Semler and Nina Hampson, is closing down.  The brand was bought and relaunched in 2018 by Garry Hogarth and Leila Habibi who had both previously worked with Agent Provocateur.

Myla London’s stockists include Selfridges, Harrods, John Lewis, Fenwick, Farfetch, and Wolf & Badger in the UK, as well as Victoria’s Secret and Bergdorf Goodman in the USA, also historically being stocked at KaDeWe and Net a Porter. It was only in 2022 that the brand launched Myla Rose, a diffusion line which sold at Fenwick’s Bond Street and on www.myla.com. Myla Rose  offered the look, feel and craftsmanship of its main Myla London line at a more competitive price point.

Although no-one was available for comment, it appears that the company is winding down operations and the message on its website states “The last day for refunds is 31st March”.
