In line with their company philosophy the garments are made from 95% better cotton (BCI cotton which is grown to high standards of water stewardship, soil health and working conditions). The fabric is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified, so you can rest in ease knowing that there are no harmful chemicals.
Additionally this garment is botanically dyed, giving each garment a unique look with the added benefits that normal dyes are replaced with plant-based materials such as flowers, leaves and trees – in Eberjey’s range it is from chestnut shells for the oak coloured garment and the navy from Isatis tinctoria and Caesalpinia (also know as woad plant which is in the mustard family.
