Yamamay presents the new Innergy bra, created in collaboration with an expert in Plastic and Reconstructive Oncological Surgery, Professor Rocco Cerra, to give women comfort and support during post-operative recovery. Innergy is not just a post-operative bra: it was designed to support the body’s natural movements, embracing it without uncomfortable constraints. Its smooth lines and supportive comfortable fit make it perfect to wear under everyday outfits or sportswear.
The bra has been designed to support without constraining, reducing friction and rubbing of areas of healing scar tissue. To avoid elastic bands against the skin, the fabric has been completely double lined, and in order to facilitate greater support, grip and comfort, a technical back (with the possibility of crossing the straps), wide under bust line, wide double straps, performance cups and wings at the sides of the cup are also provided. The deep heart-shaped neckline creates an elegant design.
Innergy is made using Nilit Innergy® yarn, a polyamide 6.6 yarn containing a mineral additive that generates FIR rays (far infra-red rays), helping promote the healing of tissue by improving blood microcirculation, regenerating the skin and is also anti-bacterial and breathable. These special characteristics do not degrade with washing, and the fabric remains airy, smooth and soft to the touch. The bra is available in select Yamamay stores worldwide and at the King’s Road store in London.
