The lingerie and beachwear brand Majo Rey was born in 2006 in a small atelier in Montevideo with the conviction that sensuality, practicality and fun go together. “We want to offer a unique and innovative product, surprising in every collection, and put in special attention to the visual aspects, shapes, patterns, design and quality,” says the brand’s founder and head designer Maria José Rey.
A comfortable feel and specific materials are the main attributes of every collection Majo Rey creates. Sheer tulle, organic cotton, magic curves, lycra and spandex, the materials fit the body like a “real” skin and make women feel fantastic on the inside and incredibly comfortable on the outside. The brand is also sustainable and behind every piece there is an extremely thorough line of work, with all products made in-house to ensure the highest quality.
