Spotted at Pure London this weekend – Polish brand Movelle, a brand born out of a strong desire to ignite a movement of body positivity and conscious producers and consumers, the owner Magdalena Palmer, scoured Europe to bring together materials of the highest quality with the lowest environmental cost. The entire collection is sewn responsibly and ethically in Poland operated via a small atelier in Wrocław, from which the team designs and plans the production in short runs. All processes are done giving Magdalena complete control of every step, from fabric knitting and dyeing to cutting, sewing and labeling. The Polish factories she uses have teams of highly skilled and experienced women who specialize in luxury lingerie and all our seamstresses are paid a living wage and have a high standard of working conditions.
The focus of the collection is constructed bras, as well as matching panties and thongs, but they are presenting their first swimwear mini collection, and soon – bridal collection, pajamas, robes, sports bras and body suits for the next season. The swimwear is made from ECONYL, recovered plastic waste from the oceans.
