The third Make it British Forum, the yearly conference which we tour around the country, will be coming to the historic textile town of Huddersfield in West Yorkshire, on Friday 2nd November 2018. This year’s theme is Building a Made in Britain Business, helping UK manufacturers and British-made businesses to overcome challenges such as how to capitalise on the value customers place on the fact that their products is made in Britain, now knowing how to stand out in an ever crowded marketplace, and worrying about what effect Brexit will have on their business.
Some of the topics to be covered are:
- How to tell the story of your brand so that customers want to buy from you;
- The marketing strategies that other brands are using to promote their ‘Britishness’ without resorting to waving a Union Jack flag;
- What buyers look for when selecting suppliers and how you can get their attention.
Early-bird tickets are available from the Make it British website.
