GUESS has opened a 234-sqm store in Milan’s new CityLife shopping centre, located in a residential, commercial and business district covering an area of 36.6 hectares. The new CityLife district is inspired by design, technology and sustainability and is home to luxury apartments powered by renewable energy and the Tre Torri, three new office blocks designed by the famous architects Arata Isozaki, Zaha Hadid and Daniel Libeskind.
The new GUESS store fits perfectly into this context that celebrates fashion, design and innovation. With 125 stores nationwide, the Los Angeles-based brand already has a consolidated presence in Italy. “Next year, we also plan to open another 5 stores, which will bring the total to 130 sales points across all concepts by the end of 2018,” states Victor Herrero, CEO of GUESS? Inc.
The new Milan CityLife store welcomes shoppers to a stimulating and inspiring environment. The clean white interior, high-tech lights and contrasting materials create a decidedly contemporary atmosphere, while the new store layout celebrates GUESS’ heritage and enhances the aesthetic of the products on display even further.
