Knicker Locker has launched a brand new website design with a cleaner and more gender neutral look, including a new logo and strapline, a new price match scheme as well as introducing international delivery. “After two years, we felt it was time for Knicker Locker to have a revamp. We have seen an increase in our male spending on the site and this has impacted our new colour scheme and design somewhat to ensure it appeals to both men and women,” said Gemma Illes, Knicker Locker Founder.
This year, Knicker Locker also launched an independent external review service with Feefo to ensure the trust built with customers is maintained through a continuity of quality products and customer service. The e-tailer have also integrated a live chat service to help and advise customers online, and are now on the look out for independent luxury brands to build their unique offering on the site.
