The hosiery will be stocked at 4 House of Fraser stores across the UK including the flagship Oxford Street store, City (by Bank), Birmingham and Manchester, meaning women of colour across the UK can now walk into their local department store and pick up a pair of nude tights that match their skin tone.
Nubian Skin aims to empower and inspire women by alleviating the struggle women face when trying to find natural tone garments. Founder Ade Hassan notes that she “didn’t want customers to have that same feeling of having to ‘make-do’,” – fast-forward four years and the much needed Matt 10 Denier Tights and Hold-Ups are available in four signature ‘flavours’: Berry, Cinnamon, Caramel and Café au Lait.
