Scarlett Gasque is excited to announce the appointment of Tina Gershoff as its new Chief Executive Officer and President. With over two decades of experience in scaling and transforming businesses within the women’s fashion apparel sector, Tina will spearhead Scarlett Gasque’s growth initiatives in the U.S. market.

Tina brings a wealth of expertise in multi-channel business development, encompassing e-commerce, retail, and wholesale operations. Her proven track record in working closely with founders, driving high-level growth, expanding and localizing market presence, and optimising operational efficiencies aligns perfectly with Scarlett Gasque’s vision for the future. Tina’s focus is to enhance the brand’s footprint across the U.S., build company culture, cultivate new business opportunities, and strengthen existing partnerships with New York-based marketing agency The Charles Group and L.A.-based PR agency The
POP Group.

As President of the Americas at Wolford, Tina generated a profitable growth path, revitalising the brand’s presence across the region. At Kirna Zabête, she served as both President and Advisory Board Member, playing a crucial role in steering the company through strategic transformation. Previously, Tina was a key executive at Theory, where she was instrumental in executing a major business turnaround, and at INTERMIX, where she oversaw rapid retail expansion and their best performance in history.

Scarlett Gasque’s Canadian founder and creative director, Chloé Rogers, will work closely with Tina Gershoff to grow the brand’s presence in the U.S. Rogers will oversee the brand’s strategy and ensure the continuation of its innovative spirit and dedication to empowering women through fashion.
