Brarista Launches Mini Chatbot for Lingerie Retailers

Brarista, the world’s first AI fitting solution designed exclusively for online lingerie and intimatewear retail, has announced the launch of its Mini Chatbot: a new, lightweight product that brings professional bra fitting expertise directly to individual product pages, embedded below the Add to Cart button at the exact moment a shopper is deciding whether to buy.

The Mini Chatbot is Brarista’s second product pillar, sitting alongside its Full Chatbot and designed specifically for retailers who want Brarista’s bra fitting and lingerie styling expertise without disrupting their existing customer service infrastructure. It is already live with retail partners including LOU, BRABAR, and Marbra.

Solving the last moment of doubt

Despite significant investment in lingerie marketing and customer acquisition, product page abandonment remains one of the most costly and least-addressed problems in online intimatewear retail. For lingerie specifically, the barrier is rarely desired. It is doubt: an unanswered question about brand-specific, style-specific fit, fabric, or suitability that no product description can resolve.

As Bella Trang Ngo, Founder and CEO of Brarista puts it:

The Mini Chatbot was built to close that gap. Unlike generic AI tools trained on product descriptions and size charts, Brarista’s technology is built on over four years of research and verification from certified bra fitters. It does not summarise what is already on the page. It answers the questions that never make it onto the page – whether a style suits a post-surgical body, how a specific brand’s sizing converts from EU to UK, or whether a particular lace is firm enough to wear without a liner under a white shirt.

Built for retailers who already have a customer service chatbot

A significant barrier to adoption of full AI fitting solutions has been retailer reluctance to replace existing customer service tools, many of which are deeply embedded in e-commerce systems and CRM workflows. The Mini Chatbot was designed specifically to remove that barrier.

While the Full Chatbot serves shoppers who are still exploring, the Mini Chatbot serves those who have already found something they want and need one final piece of reassurance before committing.

Across Brarista’s beta implementations, users who engaged with the platform were 85% less likely to return their items. At Little Women, one of Brarista’s longest-standing retail partners, the Full Chatbot drove a 14% boost in conversion rate, a 22% reduction in returns, and 48% fewer customer service tickets, with half of all chatbot users returning to shop again.
