The Salon International de la Lingerie and Interfiliere Paris brought together 400 exhibitors from 37 different countries and proves itself a truly international affair with over 30% of the products being new to the event and 78% of the exhibitors coming from outside France. Across the 3 days there were a reported 16,000 visitors (60% of whom came from outside France).
New feature to the Salon was The Lingerie Shop – a lingerie and wellness concept store acting as a source of inspiration for trends and retail – showcasing the season’s must have and it product. Alongside this was the new Wellness Zone with around 20 brands and concepts for well-being and intimate pleasures.
Interfiliere also saw the introduction of new features – The Creative Hub presenting original, technical and innovative collections with a concentration on sustainability and a range of workshops and talks. The Interfiliere Forum by Concepts Paris embodied the Show’s offering and unveiled the major trends for SS2026. The organisers have announced that in September 2025, Interfilierie Paris will be transformed into a global fashion sourcing event – to include ready-to-wear and accessories. Noticeable in the line-up for the January event was the absence of the major fibre and yarn companies with Lenzing the only exception.
And although the expansion of the brand portfolio for Interfiliere seems to have been given a warm welcome, the organisers’ adherence to running the lingerie show (Curve) alongside Who’s Next and Bijorhca in the first week of September (6-8) has met with less enthusiasm. Brands and buyers (especially from the UK) consider the dates too late for buying forward order for swimwear Summer 2026 and are looking at Wonderland, Splash and MaredaMare to provide a solid preview of swim and beach collections.
