Coco de Mer’s Icons for AW2024

by Underlines

The Icons collection for AW24 by Coco de Mer is a series of timeless, elegant pieces that exude power, glamour and sensuality.

Sylph Body

Athena, Hera, Sylph and Seraphine are an all-black collection of refined silhouettes that exhibit luxury like never before, created using the most opulent of French laces, embroideries and silk.

Coco de Mer –  lingerie designed by women, for women, provides an Icon for everyone – from slips, robes and teddies, to ouvert briefs and daring two-piece sets with cut out detailing, leaving as much or as little to the imagination as desired.

The Icons includes:

Hera – balcony and quarter cup and high neck balconette bra, slip, playsuit and bodysuit with suspender belt, knicker and thong – French Leaver’s lace designed to delight and mesmerise;

Athena – balcony and quarter cup bra, bodysuit, knicker, thong and open suspender knicker;

Sylph – half cup bra, bodysuit, teddy and thong – inspired by both the photography of Helmut Newton and Faerie folklore, Sylph embodies majestic power and erotic minimalism;

Seraphine – plunge, triangle and quarter cup bra, slip, robe, camisole and short, playsuit, knicker and G-string – achingly feminine in both traditional styles and daring silhouettes.

Coco de Mer CEO and owner Lucy Litwack said:

The liminal energy of the modern woman crosses all our capabilities, and all the facets of being a woman. We want women to feel empowered in the lingerie they wear, which is why there is an Icon for everyone.”

Coco de Mer is Butterfly Mark certified for sustainability – awarded to the luxury brands meeting the highest standards for people and nature.

The label, based in Primrose Hill, London, unabashedly cultivates inclusivity and eroticism and has been doing so since its beginnings in 2001. Available online and at its new boutique in Knightsbridge, London. The shoot took place at Mistress of Mayfair, a bar/restaurant on St James’s Street, London.

Litwack thanked the all-women team who brought her vision to life including photographer Doma Dovgialo, model Lilly Bridger and hair and make-up artist Jesse Walker.
