Triumph International Ltd has just announced the organisational restructure of the sales teams for global brands, sloggi and Triumph. The restructure will deliver a stronger customer service and adapt to the changing retail market space.
With substantial investment in the UK & Irish markets, Triumph International Ltd will focus on a significant expansion of the sales team and will open a new showroom in Central London to support its fully digital sales tools and assortment planning with heavy investment in 3D design and prototyping. As part of the process, Triumph has produced a library of 3D product and Avatars in three sizes with further attention to three breast shapes. The result is 100% accuracy in colour matching, material and Triumph-specific measurements. The Triumph design team are now fully self-sufficient and have dedicated 3D designers within the Global Design Team.
Lissie McMillan, Head of Sales for the UK & Ireland, commented:
This is an exciting time for Triumph and sloggi. We believe that with the right investment, passionate teams and innovative products combined with strong customer and consumer relationships there is great opportunity to build on the success of our heritage brands. This restructure means we can further support our valued customers in the UK and Ireland to grow sustainable and profitable businesses in a challenging retail environment. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to lead such an outstanding group of dedicated and experienced people and look forward to welcoming new colleagues as we expand our sales team.”
The new structure will better bridge the Triumph International team with its consumers in the UK and Ireland and further support both sloggi and Triumph’s brand visibility by investing more into marketing, point of sale and store support. To find out more you can see Triumph’s AW2024 collections and meet the sales team at this weekend’s Wonderland Show or next month at INDX Intimate Apparel Show where both sloggi and Triumph will be represented.
