Lingerie retailer, Ann Summers, has chosen Learning & Skills Platform specialist, THRIVE, to help the business achieve its bold new learning vision for hundreds of employees. The new partnership means that over 1,000 frontline retail employees will be able to access learning opportunities, receive critical communications and collaborate with peers across its 85+ UK locations.  It will also improve the Ann Summers onboarding experience by providing a personalised, frictionless training experience for new hires, giving them access to learning content to help them perform from Day 1. In addition, employees will be able to access compliance content and training for key focus areas such as equality and diversity.

 

THRIVE is the world’s first complete learning & skills platform and is seeing incredible growth having achieved a 90% increase in customers in the last year (bringing revenue up to £4.8million) with clients such as Coca Cola EP, Nando’s, The Financial Times, Sky and Ted Baker.

Jacqueline Gold CBE, CEO of Ann Summers, will be joining a panel of leading women in business at THRIVE’S annaul event at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden on 14th September. The ‘Women in Leadership’ Power Panel will be hosted by Dragons’ Den star, Steven Bartlett and other guest panelists will include BBC Radio One’s Mollie King, Grace Beverley, CEO at TALA and Nicola Kilner, CEO at DECIEM.
