15th edition of Immagine Italia & Co closes successfully

The 15th edition of Immagine Italia & Co, which was held at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, ended yesterday on 7 March. The three days entirely dedicated to the presentation of the AW22 collections of over 130 national and international brands of underwear, lingerie and homewear from Italy, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Poland and Slovenia, took place in an atmosphere of great optimism, where exhibitors and buyers were finally able to meet again in person to develop their commercial relations.

“This edition launched an important message,” says Alessandro Legnaioli, president of the show. “After a past edition exclusively virtual, we could not allow the operators of the sector to skip another year. The postponement of the dates was necessary to favor attendance at the fair and this decision proved to be successful, favoring a greater turnout at the fair than expected. In line with what we already noted last July in Maredamare, we recorded a clear satisfaction of exhibitors, thanks to orders and meetings, in front of an inevitable decrease in access to the fair compared to the pre-pandemic editions.”

The fashion shows offered those present the opportunity to discover the fashion trends for next winter proposed by the companies, and the show also offered Speed Meetings – appointments aimed at developing new synergies between buyers and companies – and musical Happy Hours, pleasant moments of relaxation for exhibitors and visitors. The participation of Spanish companies promoted by ICEX (a Spanish government body dedicated to the promotion of Iberian companies and the attraction of foreign investments in Spain) saw Admas, Antonio Miro, Creaciones Selene, Disney, Gonzales, Lois, Promise, Santoro e Ysabel Mora present their collections with the prestigious Spain Fashion show.

The Collective Fashion Show was also a success, showcasing a selection of the AW22 collections of internationally renowned brands such as Antigel, Brigitte Bardot, Cotton Club, Chantelle, Chantelle X, Lise Charmel, Fida Lingerie, Gary, Lou, Morgan de Toi, Oscalito, Passionata, RCrescentini and Simone Pérèle.

The virtual edition of the Show will continue until March 13 on the digital platform hub.immagineitalia.eu and will be available to all shops, buyers and professionals in the underwear, lingerie, beachwear and homewear sectors registered online.
