In 2021 Lise Charmel emerged from the pandemic with a stunning new Calais leavers lace line the ‘Sublime en Dentelle’ in black that has been an enormous success and has hence been integrated into their continuity collection. This new line offers contemporary silhouettes with a choice of high-waist briefs and plunging necklines.
This very special lace was inspired by the Palais Royale Gardens in Paris and is beautifully hand-finished, each petal and leaf is contoured with a thread that brings the design to life. The lace, at the tip of each leaf design, is clipped by hand to create a visual depth when worn against the skin. A fabulous French feminine collection with a new nude colour way, released at the beginning of this year. The nude is luminous with subtle glossed threads in the embroideries. The motifs and forms have managed to capture feminine beauty in a way that show the skill of Lise Charmel designers. In the black colourway there is a stunning silk crepe night dress to complete the look. The sizes range from a 32A to a 36G.
