London-based contemporary lingerie brand specialising in creating handmade pieces, Aurore Lingerie this week officially launched two permanent collections: Iconic Collection and Nikita Soft Bondage Collection. With a focus on sustainability, environmental ethics, and innovative practices that embody a luxury experience without sacrificing social responsibility, Aurore is redefining what it means to be a socially conscious lingerie brand.
“We believe that brands are more than their products and have the potential to not only change minds, but to also change the world,” said Alexandra, founder and owner of Aurore Lingerie. “That’s why we work to create lingerie that is comfortable, empowering, excellent in fit, but also symbiotic with the environment. We believe we can create emboldening and gorgeous lingerie while also caring about the planet.”
The permanent Iconic Collection highlights pieces from sheer tulle and explores all classic forms from corset bustier, to bandeau shape and more daring open bras. Created for those with a little kink in their hearts, the Nikita Bondage Collection includes fully adjustable pieces that can be worn as an addition to lingerie sets, on top of outfits, or by themselves.
Aurore uses lace, silk, and tulle in the production of their lingerie, sourcing all resources from European and Japanese excess stock. Every lingerie piece is designed in London and made as ethically as possible in female-run ateliers.
Founded in 2018 as Alexandra worked to bring her passion for creating sophisticated lingerie to life and already loved in a multitude of countries from Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, to Asia, Aurore is working to expand their foothold in the coming months.
