Award winning Scottish brand Snag has announced that Phil Darby has been appointed as their new Head of Customer Experience. Phil joins the revolutionary all-inclusive brand, after leaving his role as Senior Operations Support manager for ASOS, where he reported to the Director of Customer Care. Phil was responsible for the support functions across Customer Care at the popular online retailer.

Customer Service is an integral part of the Snag experience and the brand prides itself on delivering the highest quality of service to their loyal customer base. In his new role at Snag, Phil will be responsible for ensuring that the brand’s highly engaged customer community continues to be a priority and that the customer service team continues to offer industry leading support.

Phil Darby, Head of Customer Experience at Snag, commented: “I’m excited and honoured to join Snag as Head of Customer Experience at a time of remarkable growth. I’ll bring organisation, commitment, a sense of humour, my customer obsessed mentality and a relentless focus on our customer journey, so that we can continue to surprise and delight our customers and build upon the unique loyalty “Snagglers” have for our brand.”

The award-winning online retailer achieved 3733% growth in their first three years of trade and is projected to turnover £24 million this year. The brand most recently expanded by opening a new distribution centre in Venlo, The Netherlands to mitigate industry changes triggered by Brexit and continue a smooth and successful operations process.
