SS20 is the season of many firsts for Curvy Kate swimwear, including the brand’s first digital print and soft swim collections. The colour palettes are bold and there are options for everyone with mix and match bikini tops, briefs, tankinis and signature swimsuits.
Head of Design Olivia Wilson describes her inspiration behind the collection: “A really exciting season for Curvy Kate Swimwear, launching our first ever hand-painted and digitally printed tropical floral print in Tropicana – we loved this print so much we are launching it in black and following up in white during high-summer. We carry forward our staple favourites of Wrapsody and Sheer Class in black, with a new fashion colour inspired by Yves Klein blue dropping in Sheer Class. Following on from the huge trend towards non-wired styles in lingerie, we are launching our first ever non-wired swim group Poolside.”
NEW Tropicana (D to K cups)
Hand painted by Curvy Kate’s designer, the vibrant collection details the unique tropical palm print which graces the bandeau, multiway, plunge and tankini. Pieces available – bandeau, moulded plunge bikini, tankini, reversible and high waist briefs.
NEW Poolside (DD to JJ cups)
Poolside is Curvy Kate’s debut non wired swim collection. The ultra-cool navy textured rib stripe is offset by the pop of cantaloupe which frames the swimwear styles. The plunge triangle bikini and swimsuit offer dual sizing, with cups featuring extra lining for added support and shape up to a JJ cup. Pieces available – non-wired triangle, non-wired swimsuit and bikini brief.
NEW Subtropic (D to J cups)
Curvy Kate’s high-summer hit is Subtropic, with clean colour block panels in beetroot red and hot pink. The group also includes a non-wired plunging swimsuit with sharp black binding and hi-leg silhouette. Pieces available – padded balcony bikini, halter neck bikini, soft cup swimsuit, mini brief and high waist brief.
NEW Colour: Sheer Class (D to K cups)
Sheer Class returns with a new fashion colour inspired by Yves Klein blue. The Sheer Class plunge swimsuit is super smart and sexy, with high leg illusion and flirty sheer panels to show a hint of skin whilst remaining effortlessly chic. The Sheer Class balcony bikini top is available to a K cup. Pieces available – balcony bikini, strapless bikini top, plunge swimsuit, mini brief, fold brief and high waist brief.
