Cake Maternity® celebrates its 10 year anniversary as a recognised global supplier of comfortable and fashion forward maternity and nursing bras. Founded in 2008 by wife and husband team Keith Hyams and Tracey Montford in Sydney, Australia, Cake primarily focused on beautiful, sexy bras for pregnant and breastfeeding women. In 2011, Katie Brooker joined Cake in a role of Head Designer to help expand the collection to offer everyday basics, a strong seamless program, a flexible wire collection, t-shirt bra and fuller cup ranges too.
More recently Cake introduced its first collection of seamless, supportive, lounge bras for fuller bust women in the Sugar Candy brand, as well as a diffusion line of maternity and nursing bras with its Charley M brand. “The Cake Lingerie Group, has experienced exceptional growth and development over the years,” said Hyams. “Innovation is on our DNA and we will continue to offer beautiful, fun pregnancy and fuller cup solutions for women.”
