LF Intimates, owner of the Charnos and Lepel lingerie brands has been sold to UK swimwear, nightwear and lingerie brand, Pour Moi, for an undisclosed sum.
Commenting on the acquisition, Michael Thomson, owner of Pour Moi; “We are very proud to announce our first company purchase and welcome the Charnos and Lepel brands to the Pour Moi family. A great fit for both companies with great synergies and some exciting opportunities.”
This is the second change of ownership in less than 12 months as last April marked the sale of the LF Intimates business to a retail investment company.
