Following Coco de Mer‘s rebranding by new managing director Lucy Litwack, the erotica brand introduces its most provocative and dramatic collection yet for Autumn/Winter 2015. Beautifully photographed by Rankin and made in the UK, in this collection classic Coco de Mer designs are reinvented with bondage-inspired elements, using French laces and British silks.
Classic ebony silk and corded lace entwine to create Seraphine, the new continuity range. Godiva is the main focus of the fashion ranges with sumptuous and elegant tones, while Sylph has a subtle bondage aesthetic inspired by the provocative photography of Helmut Newton. The new collection “signals an exciting new era of decadence for Coco de Mer at a time when the global appetite for erotica has never been more vibrant,” says Litwack.
