Risk Capital buys majority stake in Zoggs

Risk Capital Partners, private equity firm chaired by Luke Johnson, announced today that it has bought a majority stake in Zoggs (whilst supporting the existing management team, led by Mark Hammersley).

Zoggs was founded in Australia in 1992 and has built on its success as an innovator in the swim goggles market to develop a full range of swimwear, swim equipment and water confidence products. Zoggs is sold in 48 countries worldwide with subsidiaries in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
