Making its début at London’s Dorchester hotel this May, the annual Contour Fashion Ball will aim to exceed previous fundraising totals with the help of its Headline Sponsor Fashion Forms. The historic fundraiser celebrates its 54th anniversary this year, and its latest event will see key figures from across the intimate apparel industry come together for an evening of fine dining and entertainment in aid of two charities: Retail Trust and Fashion and Textile Children’s Trust.
Having raised more than £53,000 last year, chairwoman Sharon Webb, Head of Buying and Design – Lingerie at Debenhams, has set targets even higher. Indeed, the committee are looking to bring the total amount raised during her time as chairwoman to an astonishing quarter of a million pounds. Ultimately, they are keen to celebrate the industry’s success by giving back to their community.
